The offered 'poses' match the pictures, animations, props and textures of my site.
This way, you have all the elements to rebuild the 'hoop' and 'swimming' animations that
I gave you, and all the elements to make your own 'photos album'. 
Between brackets, you have the number of 'frames' of the animated poses.

To download the .zip file having the desired pose, click its picture.
The zip files includes the .pz2 and .rsr files to copy to Poser4/Runtime/librairies/pose 
and the sub folder of your choice. For the smoker's face, the .fc2 and .rsr files go to
Poser4/Runtime/librairies/face and a sub-folder; For the smoker's hand, the .hd2 et .rsr 
files go to Poser4/Runtime/librairies/hand and a sub-folder.
